Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened incense products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
